Arkansas Midwives

I am a practicing midwife with 17 years experience. I have attended 400 home births.

Midwifery was not a conscious choice for me. My life was directed over the years to this work by a series of events, a calling. I am a Midwife and the work is so personal and consuming. I have often wondered who would I be if GOD had chosen a different work for my life.

My practice ranges to a 100 mile radius of my home. I also work in a lot of rural areas, including Amish and Mennonite communities. Prenatal care is performed in my home as well as home visits.

I am currently a Certified Professional Midwife, NARM registered and also a Senior Certified Midwife with the Oklahoma Midwives Alliance. In 1999 I completed a Doctor of Naturopathy degree with the Trinity School

I must add that I am a GRAMMY, my gift is a red haired little girl named Trilby.
